About Concord Dumpster Rental Solutions
Fourteen years of putting roll-off containers on Merrimack County driveways, run by the same person who answers the phone.

How this started
Nate Cormier grew up in Penacook and spent most of his twenties on framing crews around Merrimack County. The work he remembers least fondly was not the framing. It was standing on a job in Bow in the middle of August waiting on a container that had been promised for Tuesday, watching four men on the clock with nothing to put demolition debris into.
He started this company in 2011 with one truck and a handful of containers, on a straightforward premise: if you say the container will be there Tuesday, it is there Tuesday, and if it cannot be, you call the customer before they call you. That is not a sophisticated business philosophy. It turns out to be a fairly rare one.
Fourteen years on we run a small fleet out of Silk Farm Road on the western side of Concord, near the Audubon centre and the Turkey Pond conservation land. We are still small enough that Nate Cormier knows most of the regular contractors by name and takes plenty of the calls himself.
What we actually believe about this work
The right container is often the smaller one
The easiest way to make more money in this business is to sell a customer a thirty yard when a fifteen would do. We do the opposite, and we do it constantly, because Concord's older housing produces plaster-and-lath debris heavy enough that a large container becomes an expensive way to move air. Telling somebody they need less than they asked for is the fastest way to be trusted with the next job.
The quote is the price
Every number we give covers delivery, the rental period, collection and a stated tonnage allowance. If a load goes over that allowance you pay the per-ton rate we told you about at the start, and you get a copy of the scale ticket from the facility. There is no fuel surcharge invented afterwards and no environmental fee that appears on the invoice for the first time.
Somebody's driveway is not our consumable
Hardwood cribbing goes under every container, on every delivery, at no charge. Homeowners in Bow and Hopkinton have spent real money on their driveways and it takes ninety seconds to protect them. There is no version of this where skipping that step is acceptable.
The people you will deal with
Nate Cormier
Founder & Owner
Penacook native, former framer, and the person most likely to answer if you call before seven in the morning. Handles sizing questions, contractor accounts and anything that has gone wrong.
Bethany Sargent
Operations Manager
Runs the schedule and the disposal side. If your job needs a same-day swap, she is the reason it happens. Knows which facility takes what and what it costs.
Tyler Beaulieu
Lead Driver
Twelve years in a roll-off truck and the driver we send when the driveway is tight, the ground is soft or the approach is a quarter mile of dirt in Canterbury.
Marisol Ortega
Customer Care Lead
First voice on most calls. Will ask you what year the house was built before she asks anything else, because that answer determines almost everything.
Local, in the sense that actually matters
Plenty of national brokers will sell you a Concord dumpster. What they sell is a phone number and a booking; the container comes from whichever subcontractor bid lowest that week, and if something goes wrong there is nobody local to call. We are the truck.
That means we know that the streets off Washington Street in Penacook will not take a thirty yard, that Dunbarton driveways lose their footing in April, that race weekends change what is possible on Route 106, and that the Hopkinton and Webster transfer station sends its waste to a different facility than the Concord cooperative does. None of that is available from a call centre.
We also put money back where it comes from. Over the years that has meant containers for the Penacook Community Center clean-up days, a standing discount for volunteer-run property work, and materials for youth sports groups around the city.
Our commitment to you
- We will tell you the truth about size. Including when that means recommending less than you asked for.
- We will show up when we said. And if we genuinely cannot, you will hear it from us first.
- The invoice will match the quote. Overages are quoted in advance and evidenced with a scale ticket.
- Your driveway gets protected. Every time, no charge, no discussion.
- We will divert what can be diverted. Sorted metal, clean wood, cardboard and clean fill are worth recovering.
Talk to the person who owns the trucks
No call centre, no broker, no subcontractor you have never heard of. Call and you get somebody who knows the streets your container is going on.
