Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you rent a roll-off container from Concord Dumpster Rental Solutions.
Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply to all container rentals provided by Concord Dumpster Rental Solutions ("we", "us"). Placing an order confirms your acceptance of them. The person or entity ordering the container ("you") is responsible for compliance whether or not you are the property owner.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are given as a flat rate covering delivery, the agreed rental period, collection and a stated tonnage allowance. Quotes are valid for thirty days. Loads exceeding the stated tonnage allowance are charged at the per-ton overage rate disclosed at the time of quoting, evidenced by the disposal facility scale ticket.
3. Rental period
The standard rental period is seven days from delivery unless otherwise agreed. Extensions are available at the daily rate and must be requested before the scheduled collection date. A container retained beyond the agreed period without notice may attract additional daily charges.
4. Site access and placement
You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal and adequate access for a roll-off truck at the agreed delivery time, including sufficient approach length, width and overhead clearance, and for identifying the intended placement location. If our driver reasonably determines that delivery cannot be completed safely or lawfully, a failed delivery charge may apply.
5. Surfaces and property
We place protective hardwood cribbing under every container at no additional charge. Notwithstanding this, you acknowledge that a loaded container is heavy and that placement on driveways, paving, lawns, septic systems, drain fields, utility covers or similar features carries inherent risk. We are not liable for damage to such surfaces or subsurface features where placement was made at your direction or on your property.
6. Prohibited materials
The following must not be placed in any container: liquid paints, solvents, oils, fuels and automotive fluids; batteries; propane cylinders and pressurised vessels; tyres; appliances containing refrigerants unless recovered and tagged; asbestos-containing materials; medical, infectious and radioactive waste; contaminated soil; and any material classified as hazardous under federal or New Hampshire law. You are responsible for all costs, fines, remediation and handling charges arising from prohibited material found in a container.
7. Loading
Material must be level with or below the top rim of the container. Containers loaded above the fill line cannot lawfully be transported and will not be collected until corrected. Weight must be distributed evenly along the container. Heavy debris including concrete, brick, block, asphalt, soil and tile must be placed only in containers designated for that purpose.
8. Permits
Where a container is to be placed on a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way, you are responsible for obtaining any required permit from the relevant municipal authority, including City of Concord Engineering Services within the City of Concord. We can advise but do not act as your permitting agent.
9. Ownership and care
The container remains our property at all times. You must not move, alter, paint, mark or make structural changes to it. You are responsible for loss of or damage to the container while it is in your possession, other than fair wear and tear.
10. Payment
One-off residential rentals are payable at the time of booking. Account customers are invoiced monthly, payable within the agreed terms. Overdue amounts may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by New Hampshire law and recovery costs.
11. Cancellation
Cancellations made before a truck is dispatched are free of charge. A cancellation once a truck is en route or has arrived may attract a delivery charge.
12. Liability
Our total liability arising from any rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including lost profits, project delay or loss of use.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, fines and expenses arising from your use of the container, your breach of these terms, the presence of prohibited materials, or the acts of anyone you permit to load the container.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
