We carry hardwood cribbing on every truck and set it under the rear rollers and the front rails before the container touches your surface. This is not an upsell and there is no charge for it. It is simply how a container should be set down.

The one situation we will push back on is sealcoat applied within the last month. In that case we will suggest the lawn with plywood underneath, a gravel area, or a street placement if the location allows. It is a short conversation that prevents an expensive problem.

Choosing the right size for a home project

The mistake we see most often is ordering by volume when the real constraint is weight. Concord's older housing stock, particularly through the South End, Penacook and the streets around North State Street, is full of plaster-and-lath walls. That material is dense. What cannot go in are liquid paints, solvents, oils, fuel, batteries, propane cylinders, tyres, refrigerants and anything classed as hazardous. Electronics and appliances containing refrigerant need separate handling, and mattresses carry a per-item fee at the processing end that we will quote you rather than spring on you.
